The Problem

The Meta psychological health team required new tools to support employees with “high-stress roles” within the company.

 

The Change Management Program

  • VR applications were identified for key benefits, including stress reduction, impediment of the  formation of  harmful memories,  and more.

  • Created user journey throughout  roll-out, including:

    • Recruitment/awareness/promotion

    • Onboarding and technical support

    • Social pages for encouragement and experience sharing

    • Surveys and measurement

 

 

The Results

  • 35% stress reduction

  • 67% improvement in perceived well-being

  • Expanded pilot program
